One Account

You may not register for more than one account, or create an account for someone else without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are duplicative or violate this agreement.

RelationshipReferee.ai provides an AI-powered chatbot and related tools to help users navigate interpersonal or relationship conflicts by offering support, guidance, and suggestions. Key features of the Service may include:

• An AI Chatbot that engages in interactive dialogue and provides conflict resolution tips or perspectives.
• Freemium Access: Certain basic chatbot interactions are available for free (with usage limits), while advanced features or extended usage may require a subscription.
• Subscription Features: Paid subscribers may receive benefits such as unlimited chat sessions, priority access to new features, or more personalized AI responses.

While we aim to provide useful guidance, the Service is not a licensed counseling or therapy service and should not be considered professional advice. The AI-generated content is provided for informational and support purposes only.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Lawful Purposes: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Personal Use: Use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Billing and Auto-Renewal: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you must provide a valid payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
• Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, that trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. You will continue to have access to Premium Service features until the end of your current paid period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• Declined Payments: If we cannot charge your payment method, we may suspend or terminate your access to Premium features.
• Changes to Subscription: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or pricing with advance notice.
• Taxes: Subscription fees are exclusive of any taxes or duties unless stated.

Intellectual Property

The Service (including all software, code, text, images, trademarks, logos, and other content we provide) is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that the Service's core feature is based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. The AI attempts to provide helpful and relevant responses, but it does not always get things right. Use discretion when acting on the AI's suggestions.

Service Provided "As Is"

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Relationship Referee AI, its affiliates, or their licensors, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

If we are found liable to you for any claim, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six (6) months, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relationship Referee AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses that arise out of or relate to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your account by following the process on our site or contacting us.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete or disable access to any data associated with your account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be filed only in the provincial courts located in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside our reasonable control.
